A mailing will be going out soon to all registered property owners on Savary island. Please note that the best way to ensure that your comments on this amendment are registered is to follow the instruction in the official notice, to wit:
All persons who believe that their interest is affected by the proposed Bylaw shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard. Written submissions headed “Savary Island OCP Amendment Bylaw No. 403.1, 2010 Public Hearing” must be received by mail, e-mail (planning@powellriverrd.bc.ca), fax (604 483-2229) or by hand at the Regional District office by 4:30 p.m. on Friday, May 21, 2010 in order to be entered into the Public Hearing record
